Clean reasonable value hotel with a heated pool and a perfect location close to the mentioned areas, and the food area. Great food for dinner and breakfast. The rooms newly remodelled and updated with TV, 2 queen beds, a fridge...

The continental breakfast could of been a little better. Fresh fruit would of been nice along with the cereals, waffles, cinnomon rolls, bagels and cream cheese would of been nice also.
We were in a 2 queen bed room the room next door too us had a family of little girls. They were very loud and the parents were loud. We could hear every word and conversion they had. After 3 hours of this. L went to there room and asked them if they could be quite. They finanlly did.it was not a pleasant stay. This started at 9:30pm till 12:30am. If we stay there again. I would ask for a room at the end of the hall with no other room next to me. Linda the general manager was nice when we checked in and checked out. I did not bother her with this. Because you can not control other guest. We were there for a funeral. So we were very tired and stressed. I am not sure I would stay there again. I feel we should get a refund. For our stay.

Actually my group and I were working nights remodeling a restaurant. The one thing that I like is that people actually respect the sign outside our doors and let us sleep during the day.
The odors of the rooms were terrible!! the restrooms had mold in the showers and the fan didnt work that great. The swimming pool even thought we never used it, it was dirty. the parking lots were destroyed and dirty as well.

your staff was amazing! Every time we walked down the hall the housekeeping staff smiled and greeted us. They were extremely helpful and great to work with.
The bed was too soft - the door didn't shut without pulling it shut and we didn't know this the first day. The pool was very cloudy the first two days we were there. It appeared to improved as the week went on.

I wasnt very impressed with anything. The took was very outdated and the bed was terrible. Went there for a good night sleep before got in the road to a 4 hour drive. Both of us woke up in pain. Better off to just keep driving.
Everything and the Ice machine did not work.

This place was nasty. I did not want to take my shoes off. There were flys buzzing all around. I saw garbage peeking out from under the bed so I didn't even want to look. There was pubic hairs and long black hairs all over the bathroom. The room smelled of mildew and stale smoke. The air conditioning didn't work in the first room so luckily we got switched to a second room - that was the only positive thing. The doors on the rooms don't go all the way to the floor so there are gaps where the light shows through. There are stains all ogre the carpet and walls through the corridor to the rooms and in the rooms. Gross place, I would never go here again.

Solid Stay with Room for Improvement
I enjoyed the comfortable beds and ample space in the room. The nearby restaurant offered tasty options, especially the breakfast burritos. A tip , don't forget to bring snacks from local shops, as the breakfast tends to run out early. A decent experience.

Tried 2 different rooms. Odour in first one was terrible and asked to see another room. Second room better but not much. Bedspread filthy, rugs stained and dirty. Rooms shown were in the basement. Laundry noise from just down the hall. Entrances and hallways absolutely filthy. Asked for a refund but were told because we prebooked we had missed our 24 hour cancellation period. ) Hotel was pretty much empty.) We did not use or stay in the rooms and booked a different hotel in the area.

It was inexpensive.
While I normally find Super 8 quite adequate, this one was really bad in two respects. 1) The maid service was very poor, sheets just tossed back in place and beds not made. Cups and glasses were not washed, etc. 2) The mattress was not at all comfortable. My impression was that it was an old mattress, though I did not look at it. Also, I hate the way Super 8 builds it's motels. I am disabled and there is no way to get a room without having to walk up and down stairs.

convenient access to parks and museums for city strollers
I stayed here for one night and was delighted to find Blue Heron Park just under 2 km away, perfect for a leisurely walk, and the Moses Lake Museum & Art Center was a quick drive, showcasing interesting local art that I really enjoyed.

Location was good
Noisy, old, poor breakfast (one very slow waffle maker), no decaf coffee.

Convient and close to services
Building needs renovation, room missing proper bath items, tissue missing, entry door not secure, stairways not clean, room carpet needed cleaning, no batteries in tv remote.

Location was convenient to the place that I wanted to visit
My room smelt really bad. There were many other cheaper hotels available nearby that seemed to good enough and comparable to this one. The shower did not have good drianing of water. And the biggest disappointment was the breakfast. Breakfast was a big joke. There was nothing to except for few slices of bread and some juice. I will not pick this hotel again. Bad choice....
